IDENTITY OF THE OWNER OF THE WEB

In accordance with the provisions set in article 10 of the Information Society Service 34/2002 dated 11 July, we inform you that the Port Authority of Motril with Fiscal ID number (C.I.F.) Q1800650B and register office at C/RECINTO PORTUARIO S/N 18613 MOTRIL (GRANADA) is the responsible entity of the web www.apmotril.com. The Port Authority of Motril started on Otober 2005, by the concession of the management autonomy to the port itself, legalised by the Royal Decree 940/2005, dated 1 August, of segregation of the Port Authority of Almería-Motril and the creation of the Port Authorities of Almería and Motril.

SUBJECT MATTER

The purpose of the web site is to show users, contacts, clients, companies, awardee members, workers, port community and other interested natural or corporate persons the characteristics, history, news of the Port of Motril, list of entities belonging to the port community, studies, memories, projects, corporate information of the port authority, sections related to contract, sponsorship, maritime traffic and other services related to the port activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The aim of the Website of the Port Authority of Motril is to provide relevant information to every member of the port community and general public, offering a maximum quality service. All contents of this Website (including, without limitation, databases, images and photographies, patents, drawings, graphics, text, audio, video and software files) are property of the Port Authority of Motril or content providers, being, in this last case, subject matter of licence or cession by themselves, and they are protected by the national or international rules of Intellectual Property. The compilation (meaning the summary, design, order and set up) of all the content on the Website is exclusive property of the Port Authority of Motril and it is protected by the national and international rules of Intellectual Property.

All software used in the screens, browsing, use and development of the Website is property of the Port Authority of Motril or its software providers protected by the national and international rules of Intellectual Property.

The brands, lettering, distinguishing signs or logos are property of the Port Authority of Motril and are properly registered.

DISCLOSURES AND GUARANTEES OF GENERAL CHARACTER

The Port Authority of Motril represents and warrants that the Website has the technology needed (software and hardware) to date, allowing its access to and use. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES

The Port Authority of Motril will seek to maintain continuing availability of the Website. However, any mode of test, control and maintenance will be freely chosen and carried out by the Port Authority of Motril at any time, whichever the procedures and means utilised to do so. The Port Authority of Motril reserves full freedom to modify the capacities of transmission, monitoring or other technical means or services used for access to or use of the Website. TERMINATION

The Port Authority of Motril may terminate the use of the Website, without prior notice to the User, when:

- May have knowledge of the accomplishment by the User of any unlawful activity through the services.

- The User may have not fulfilled its essential obligations and specially, in the event of improper use of the access code, and in the event of violation or contestation of the Intellectual Property rights of the Website, this is without prejudice of the exercise of any legal actions may be applicable in defence of its interests.

The Port Authority of Motril presents detailed information on various sections of the works being carried out under the NextGenerationEU funds through this portal. The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan was created in 2020 with the approval of the European Council to largely address the economic damage caused by COVID-19 through significant investments, in which Spain has access to a total of 140,000 million euros, of which 70,000 million will be through transfers.

The Port Authority of Motril has received aid from the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund for Actions for Decarbonisation in the Port of Motril, within the Program for sustainable energy development in Andalusia in the period 2017-2020, which Its objective is to achieve a cleaner and more sustainable economy.

The Port Authority of Motril has received aid from the European Union under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund for the modernization project of the Motril Fish Market, which aims to modernize and development of the Motril fish market with the relocation within it of the companies that carry out their activity in the Motril Fishing Port in the search to improve the working conditions and hygiene of the workers, while at the same time committing to greater competitiveness of the sector as an economic engine of the coast of Granada. Project co-financed 75% by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund.

The Port Authority of Motril received a grant from the European Union with charge to the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund for the Project for the implementation of fishermen's huts in the fishing port of Motril, which aims to promote the competitiveness of the fleet, of the products and the fishing port, improve the safety and hygiene of sea workers and develop and implement investments and innovations that optimize energy efficiency.

The Port Authority of Motril has received aid from the European Union under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund for the modernization project of the Motril Fish Market, which aims to modernize and develop the Motril fish market with the relocation to its interior of the companies that carry out their activity in the Fishing Port of Motril in the search to improve the working conditions and hygiene of the workers, at the same time that it is committed to the greater competitiveness of the sector as an economic engine of the coast of Granada.
